2.2 Subscription & Billing Information

Payments and subscriptions are handled securely by the App Store or Google Play. We may receive limited billing-related information (such as subscription status and plan type) so we can manage your access to consultations, but we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

2.3 Consultation Content

During consultations, you may share messages, photos, and other information about your hair, routines, and goals. This content is used solely to enable your Senior Stylist to provide tailored advice.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and basic usage analytics (for example, which features are used most often) to keep the service secure, stable, and easy to use.

• Provide access to the Senior Stylist platform and manage your account.

4. Photos, Media & Consultation Data

You retain ownership of the photos and media you upload. By sharing them in the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display this content to your chosen Senior Stylist solely for the purposes of providing the consultation. We do not sell your photos or personal consultation details to third parties.

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Verified Senior Stylists, to enable them to carry out your consultation.
• Service providers who support our platform (such as hosting, analytics, or customer support), under strict contractual obligations.
• App Store and Google Play, in connection with billing and subscriptions.
• Authorities or regulators, where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. You can request account deletion via the app; please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
